Gracie Productions is pleased to announce that it will be releasing an album by country superstar Mark Wills on 6/28/2011. Gracie and Wills teamed with lengendary producer and writer Chris Lindsey (who has worked with Carrie Underwood, Lonestar, Martina McBride, Sara Evans, Tim McGraw, Faith Hill and Kellie Pickler among others). This is the first album being released after signing Wills to a global digital distribution deal in 2010.

Prior to signing with Gracie, Wills released six albums on Mercury Records, including the best-selling platinum certified “Wish You Were Here”. Mark’s charted 16 singles on the Billboard country charts, all of which made the Top 40. In addition, Mark has had two #1 country singles, “Wish You Were Here” and “19 Somethin” which was the most played country single at radio the past decade with a radio audience of over 3 billion listeners. Besides these two #1 singles, six more of his singles have reached the Top Ten on the charts: “Jacob’s Ladder”, “Places I’ve Never Been”, “I Do (Cherish You)”, “Don’t Laugh At Me”, “She’s In Love” and a cover version of Brian McKnight’s “Back At One”.

Gracie Productions CEO/President Tony Bucher says, “We are currently in the process of launching a Country branch of Gracie Productions in partnership with Chris Lindsey. Chris and I both know how important our 1st act is to our success and took a lot of time looking for the perfect fit. Chris co-wrote and produced Mark’s biggest hit “19 Somethin” and he and I were both ecstatic that Mark was willing to be our first act on the Country side. To say Mark is a superstar is an understatement.”
